Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

33 Lux Travel experiences are curated and operated by 33 Sport Management LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking one of our trips, you agree to the terms outlined here. These terms apply to all travelers (“Guests”) and govern your participation in any 33 Lux Travel experience.


2. What’s Included

Each trip includes luxury accommodations, curated group experiences, premium event access (e.g. tennis tournaments), scheduled meals, private transfers during the trip, and concierge support. Airfare, travel insurance, personal expenses, and unscheduled add-ons are not included unless otherwise stated.


3. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit (typically 25%) is required to secure your spot. Full payment is due 60 days prior to trip departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment methods: major credit cards (via Stripe or secured bank transfer).


4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.


5. Substitutions & Transfers

Substituting one guest for another may be possible at our discretion, no later than 14 days before departure. Name changes are not guaranteed and may incur an administrative fee.


6. Travel Documents & Visas

Guests are responsible for ensuring all required travel documents (valid passport, visas, vaccination proof, etc.) are in order. No refund will be issued if a Guest is unable to participate due to incomplete documentation.


7. Personal Responsibility

Guests participate at their own risk and must respect local laws and the group experience. We reserve the right to remove any Guest whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe.


8. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to deliver every promised experience, we may adjust itineraries due to weather, event schedules, or unforeseen circumstances. Substitutions will be of equal or greater value whenever possible.


9. Health & Wellness

Guests must inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or physical limitations prior to the trip. While we do our best to accommodate, we are not responsible for health-related incidents.


10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for trip cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, political unrest, global pandemics). In such cases, we will work with you to provide credit or partial refunds where possible.
